Ycnaduy Gangi
Ycnaduy “Duy” Gangi is a seasoned attorney with expertise in real estate and corporate law. As part of her corporate practice, she has gained great skill and experience in the dental industry. She has been practicing law for eight years and has built a reputation for providing excellent legal services to her clients.
Coming from a family of dentists, she is familiar with all aspects of a dental practice, including the management and administration of same. As an attorney she has extensive experience representing dentist, dental practices, and dental services organizations (DSOs). She earned a reputation as trusted advisor and advocate.
Duy graduated in 2013 from Nova Southernern University – Shepard Law Broad Center and obtained a 2014 Juris Doctor Degree from Italy where she graduated from Roma Tre Universitá degli Studenti. While in law school, she was heavily involved in the executive body of the Student Bar Association and attended several United Nation seminars. Her previous employment includes working for former Broward County Commission and Mayor Ilene Lieberman and while attending law school, she was a paralegal for Hall & Rosenberg, P.A., city attorneys for the City of Lauderhill, Florida.
She began her law career working at Roca Gonzalez P.A. where she gained experience assisting primarily Italian foreigners investing in the areas of real estate and corporate law. In 2016, she was a founding partner for Gangi Moiguer Law where she emphasized her practice representing clients in matters such as real estate transaction, title closings, leases, mergers and acquisitions and business formation and transactions. In 2023, she founded Gangi Legal Care and focuses her practice on real estate transactions, real estate closings, and corporate law, including mergers,
preparation of purchase and sale agreements, leases, acquisitions, and sales of dental practices and DSOs. She has successfully negotiated numerous complex deals and disputes on behalf of clients.
Duy is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in real estate and corporate law, and regularly attends seminars and conferences to expand her knowledge and skill. To add to her credits, Duy is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
