Personal Injury
Victoria San Pedro Madani
Victoria is a highly-skilled, passionate, and zealous personal injury attorney and one of the founding partners of Abogadas305.
Victoria was born and raised in Miami, Florida. A proud graduate from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, Victoria received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Miami, where she graduated with honors. She then attended Stetson University College of Law on a merit-based scholarship. While in law school, Victoria was a member of Stetson’s nationally ranked trial team and moot court team. In addition to successfully participating in the advocacy programs at Stetson, Victoria was a senior editor with the Stetson Law Review. Victoria graduated summa cum laude and with numerous honors and awards.
After graduating from law school, Victoria practiced with a mid-sized firm where she handled casualty defense cases for a variety of industries, including aviation and retail. Victoria handled cases from inception to trial and litigated numerous dispositive motions.
Thereafter, Victoria joined an AM-200 firm in its Miami office where she was a partner of the mass litigation/class action department. During her tenure at the firm, Victoria handled thousands of lawsuits and dozens of class-action lawsuits on behalf of insurers. Her experience representing insurers gave her a unique insight into the claims handling process and a better understanding of the valuation of claims from the insurer’s perspective.
In 2022, Victoria founded Abogadas305, a woman-owned and minority-owned law firm based in Miami, Florida which is dedicated to helping fellow Miamians whose lives have been upended by an injury. The firm provides a personal touch to personal injury claims, ensuring that the client receives white-glove service regardless of the value of the case.
