Ms. Esquire has been a great group, and special due to being mostly ladies, which brings a different vibe. Some of the activities we do during our monthly meetings bring the members closer to one another which is great. Also, all members are phenomenal and intelligent business owners, people you want to relate to and be around.
Labor and Employment Defense
Suhaill Machado Morales
Suhaill devotes her practice to all aspects of labor and employment law. Suhaill regularly counsels private and public sector employers in regard to compliance with state and federal employment laws. Her work includes counseling employers on such issues as wage and hour, employee discipline and discharge, handbook development and employee policy violations, and anti-discrimination and anti-harassment. She has litigation experience in a wide array of employment disputes, including workplace discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, and whistleblower retaliation.
Suhaill conducts on-site management and employee trainings and regularly speaks to national organizations, business and professional organizations, industry groups and individual employers. While in law school, Suhaill served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Patricia Seitz in the Southern District of Florida.
