Elder Law

Patricia Keyes

Patricia Keyes began her legal journey at DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, where she earned her law degree. Recognizing that estate planning demands a deeper level of expertise, Patty went on to earn a specialized Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Miami.

Over more than 17 years of practice, Patty and her team have guided hundreds of South Florida families through Medicaid planning and elder law matters — helping them protect assets, navigate the long-term care system, and achieve peace of mind when it matters most. Our team makes sure families do not have to outlive their money when facing astronomical long-term costs in a nursing home, assisted living, or at home.

Outside the office, Patty is a wife, a mother of four — two boys and identical twin baby girls — and a proud sponsor of Plantation FC Rush Soccer Club and TOPSoccer in Plantation, which brings soccer to children with disabilities.
