Meet Nordis Forcade-Martin. Born and raised in New York City, Nordis started her first job at the young age of 14 and has not stopped working since. Nordis dedicated 13 years to her banking career where she started as a full time teller and was quickly promoted through the ranks until becoming a Vice President, Branch Manager for Citibank, N.A. With the relationship building and leadership skillset under her belt, it was a natural transition for Nordis to bring her banking experience into the Real Estate world.
As the Founder and Team Lead at Florida Probate Partners, Nordis is actively working alongside professionals and clients through the purchasing and sale of probate real estate. Since obtaining her real estate license in Miami, FL, Nordis has ensured that she is a lifetime student of the field. This is evidenced by her vast specialized designations and certifications where she spends countless hours earning the credentials that she then puts to work for her clients. This is where being a Certified Probate Real Estate Expert comes in. In addition to the hands-on experience Nordis has working with probate cases, she invests time in deepening that expertise by masterminding with other probate professionals inclusive of attorneys and professional guardians. Nordis is a graduate from Florida International University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and International Business. Personally, Nordis loves to travel whether literally or through a good read, and to explore different cuisines. She shares this love with her husband, her son, her two bonus daughters, and her fur-baby, Lola.
