Jeff Braxton was born in New Jersey and serves as lead trial attorney for the firm. Jeff attended the University of Florida where he received his BA degree and then attained his JD from St. Thomas School of Law in 1998.
Following law school and admittance to the Florida Bar, Jeff worked for some of the largest insurance companies in the country defending personal injury lawsuits. It was during these several years when Jeff worked as a trial lawyer that he gained invaluable courtroom experience.
Mr. Braxton then decided to “switch sides” and use his skills and knowledge to work as a accident attorney, representing people injured because of the negligence of others.
Unlike many who use the title of personal injury lawyer, Jeff has truly practiced in the area of personal injury law his entire career. He has handled and litigated thousands of cases, which means he has plenty of insight for clients who need to know what to do after an accident.
Jeff Braxton is married and has three daughters.
