Jana Chebat

Jana Chebat has extensive roots in South Florida, spending time and growing up in both Miami-Dade and Broward County. Jana graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School prior to attending Florida International University, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Jana then obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Boston University and began her legal career as a Paralegal before entering law school. Jana attended law school at Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. While in law school she clerked for Chief Magistrate Judge John J. O’Sullivan. Jana also interned with a global corporation based in Switzerland, the Endress + Hauser Group. Jana was an active member of the Danny and Mary Becnel Trial Advocacy program. Jana competed in the Southern Classic Trial Advocacy Competition, where she ranked in the top 5 teams.

Jana is proud of the work she has done, and for the relationships she has with her clients. She has extensive legal experience in cases involving severe personal injuries, products liability, and wrongful death.

Jana speaks Spanish, is admitted to practice in Florida, and is a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
