Real Estate Litigation

Jacqueline Salcines

Jacqueline Salcines, Esq. is the Founder and Owner of Salcines Law, a South Florida law firm with offices in Coral Gables, and known for resolving complex real estate disputes with clarity, strategy, and results. Holding both an Accounting and Law degree both from the University of Miami, the first is celebrating its 26th year. Jacqueline offers clients a rare combination of legal precision and financial insight. Her litigation practice focuses on real estate related disputes including landlord-tenant evictions and contract disputes, contract and escrow litigation, partition actions between co-owners, quiet title lawsuits to resolve ownership defects as well as complex commercial litigation regarding property rights. Jacqueline represents buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and developers, handling high-stakes property conflicts across both residential and commercial real estate.

As a legal assistant during the day, and attending law school at night, she graduated from law school in 1998 and immediately began practicing high profile white collar federal criminal defense. Back then it was mainly all men, and it was challenging to visit the Federal Detention Center and meet with clients late at night, as the only woman in the room. A year later, she decided to purchase her own home, and with little to no knowledge of what she was signing or getting into, closed feeling nervous and scared. It was then that she vowed to never let this happen to a single buyer again. That is when she found her calling and turned to real estate. Opening the doors to Jacqueline Salcines, PA in February 2000, the mission of the firm was to empower buyers and sellers so that they would “Never Close Alone” In the year 2000, she founded Salcines Law, a practice that handled both real estate transaction law. title and litigation. Given her passion for the courtroom and litigating cases, in 2008, at the height of the real estate crisis, Jacqueline shifted her practice to represent homeowners facing foreclosures, and the practice through the current day is one primarily focused on real estate litigation, including foreclosure defense, HOA disputes, landlord tenant evictions, as well as representing clients across Florida in high-stakes disputes involving residential and commercial properties.

A strong advocate for client education and empowerment, in 2025 Jacqueline trademarked the slogan “Never Close Alone,” a movement encouraging Florida buyers and investors as well as realtors, to protect themselves and their clients, by hiring experienced legal counsel at every step of a real estate deal.

She is licensed to practice in Florida, and proudly serves clients across the state.
