Ms. Esquire has been a great group, and special due to being mostly ladies, which brings a different vibe. Some of the activities we do during our monthly meetings bring the members closer to one another which is great. Hazel Solis Rojas is the Founding Attorney of the Law Office of Hazel Solis Rojas, P.A., a law firm dedicated to providing accessible, and effective legal representation. Ms. Solis Rojas practices Labor & Employment law representing employees in state and federal courts on individual and collective/class action wage and hour claims, employment discrimination claims and employee benefits disputes. Additionally, Ms. Solis Rojas represents employers in providing management consulting, assisting employers in wage and hour audits, and in litigation defense.
Ms. Solis Rojas earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Florida International University in 2004 and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2008. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Middle District of Florida.
Ms. Solis Rojas is a member of the Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), National and South Florida Chapters. Ms. Solis Rojas is bilingual in verbal and written English and Spanish.
