Ms. Solis Rojas practices Labor & Employment law representing employees in state and federal courts on individual and collective/class action wage and hour claims, employment discrimination claims and employee benefits disputes. Additionally, Ms. Solis Rojas represents employers in providing management consulting, assisting employers in wage and hour audits, and in litigation defense.
Ms. Solis Rojas earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Florida International University in 2004 and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2008. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Middle District of Florida.
