Faequa Khan is the Owner and Managing Partner of Khan Law, P.A., where she focuses her practice on real estate law, specifically real estate litigation, foreclosure defense, partitions, and specific performance. Known for her client-centered approach and strong advocacy, she is committed to guiding individuals and families through complex legal matters with clarity and care.
Beyond her legal practice, Faequa is deeply engaged in her community. She has been an active member of the Junior League of Miami for 13 years and currently serves as Treasurer where she plays a key role in advancing the organization’s mission and impact. She is stepping into the President-Elect role and is excited to continue to serve our community and working with families at risk.

Ms. Esquire has been a great group, and special due to being mostly ladies, which brings a different vibe.
