Mrs. Gonzalez in her career has tried hundreds of cases and loves the courtroom. However, one of her greatest accomplishments as a trial attorney is obtaining the 6th Largest Premises Liability Verdict in Florida. Said jury verdict was in excess of the amount of liability insurance coverage the Defendant carried and she was able to collect over and above the amount of liability coverage. She enjoys maximizing her client’s recovery. As such, during the pendency of the litigation, she had set up the Defendant’s insurance company for bad faith and was able to double the client’s recovery.
Additionally, she also obtained a multi-million dollar settlement above and beyond the million dollar coverage the Defendant carried, representing a 17 year old quadriplegic in an automobile accident. She was able to obtain a confidential settlement against a large automobile insurance company that has given the 17 year old and his family financial security for his medical treatment and care for the rest of his life.
Mrs. Gonzalez keeps in touch with her clients when cases are over. She remains her clients’ friend and confidant after the cases are resolved and she takes great pride in knowing each and everyone of them.
