Elana Goodman is proud to dedicate her practice to the representation of victims of sexual assault in their pursuit of justice. Elana zealously advocates for her clients by prosecuting lawsuits against schools, day care facilities, spas, hotels, summer camps and a vast range of other businesses. Elana also litigates claims against the Catholic Church and other religious institutions on behalf of victims of sexual abuse. She works aggressively to hold these entities accountable for the devastating injuries and damages that result from sexual abuse.
Elana received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998 with honors. Elana received her Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995. Elana has been practicing with Horowitz Law in downtown Fort Lauderdale since April 2019.Prior to joining Horowitz Law, Elana amassed over 20 years of experience as a civil litigator handling a broad range of matters, including lawsuits against employers and premises owners for claims of sexual abuse and assault. During this time, Elana practice consisted largely of the representation of hotels, resorts, spas, condominiums and schools.
