Eileen Maastricht is the owner of Maastricht Law Offices, which is based in Coral Springs, Florida and serves clients throughout the tri-county area. As an Elder Law attorney, Eileen focuses on Medicaid Planning for seniors who need assistance paying for aides in the home, an Assisted Living Facility, or a Skilled Nursing Facility (a/k/a nursing home). Florida has a great long-term care program for seniors through Medicaid, and Eileen helps them obtain eligibility for the program. In addition to Medicaid Planning, Ms. Maastricht handles Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship matters.
Eileen received her BS in Finance from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ, and her JD from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. She practiced law in Chicago for several years before returning home to Miami and starting her own firm. Eileen is also a Registered Nurse and routinely uses that knowledge in her Elder Law practice.
Eileen resides in Coral Springs with her 10 year old daughter. When not working or parenting, she enjoys teaching religious education at her church, working out, and Disney trips with her daughter.
