Deborah Gechijian

Deborah Gechijian is a licensed Florida attorney, who specializes in workers’ compensation at Ara Work Injury Law. Her practice focuses exclusively on representing injured workers. Deborah has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2004. She received her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Miami. Thereafter, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. Deborah began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County, Florida. Thereafter, she spent many years representing employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in a variety of litigation matters, including workers’ compensation cases. This past defense experience has enabled her to understand both sides of workers’ compensation cases and to now effectively represent individuals who have been hurt on the job in all types of industries. She understands that dealing with an insurance company can be frustrating, and she can help if your workers’ compensation claim has been wrongfully delayed, denied, or underpaid. Deborah is passionate about protecting her clients’ interests and fighting to ensure they receive the maximum benefits they deserve.
