Danielle M. Ostrovsky, Esquire, is dedicated to providing professional legal services to clients facing a wide range of family law matters including dissolution of marriage, paternity, enforcement/modification proceedings, alimony, child support, child custody/time-sharing and parental responsibility, equitable distribution, dependency and pre or postnuptial agreements. Danielle recognizes that divorce and other family law matters present emotional and financial obstacles for every family, and she provides compassionate and dedicated guidance to address those issues.
Danielle is experiencing early success, receiving consecutive awards as a 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 Super Lawyers Rising Stars Award—an honor bestowed on the top 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the State of Florida. Danielle has also been named as a Top Lawyer by Palm Beach Illustrated for 2020, 2021, and 2022.
Danielle graduated from the University of Central Florida’s Nicholson School of Communication with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. While in law school, Danielle was a judicial intern for The Honorable Susan Lebow of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, handling dependency cases.
Danielle was born in South Florida and is married to her husband, Alex, who is also an attorney. Together they have a daughter. They live on the beach which they enjoy going to on the weekends. As a family, they enjoy riding bikes and traveling.
