Ms. Esquire has been a great group, and special due to being mostly ladies, which brings a different vibe. Some of the activities we do during our monthly meetings bring the members closer to one another which is great. Also, all members are phenomenal and intelligent business owners, people you want to relate to and be around.
Realtor
Amanda Martin
Amanda Martin is a Parkland-based real estate broker and the Managing Director of The Real Estate Shoppe, a boutique South Florida brokerage that has sold more than $125 million in residential real estate. A University of Florida alumna, Amanda built her business around a fierce dedication to protecting home in every sense of the word: the house itself, the people inside it, and the community surrounding it. Her brokerage serves the greater South Florida area, guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through one of the most dynamic housing markets in the country.
That same commitment drives her second company, Community First Management, a boutique HOA and condominium management firm serving South Florida communities under 200 homes. As a licensed Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM), Amanda brings clarity, structure, and steady advocacy to the boards and residents she serves. Together, her two companies give her a rare perspective on the full lifecycle of a home, from the closing table through years of community living, and a deep understanding of what it takes to keep neighborhoods strong, well valued, and worth coming home to.
Beyond her professional work, Amanda serves on the Board of Directors for Florida Children’s Theatre, where she helps expand access to the performing arts for young people across the region. She lives in Parkland with her business and life partner, Javier, and her two daughters, Alexandria and Milena, both students at North Broward Preparatory School. At every level, from a single transaction to an entire community, Amanda’s work is guided by the same belief: home is the foundation everything else is built on, and the people inside it deserve someone willing to protect it.
