Mediation

Alison Wasserman

For over two decades, Alison Wasserman litigated personal injury, property damage, negligent security, wrongful death, and other large, complex claims on behalf of companies and individuals at all stages from pre-suit claims through trial. Now, as a full-time certified circuit court mediator and qualified arbitrator, Alison works collaboratively with attorneys and their clients to resolve claims ahead of trial or before litigation is even filed, in a wide range of areas such as personal injury, property damages, insurance coverage and subrogation, HOA, condo association, landlord/tenant disputes, foreclosures, debt collection, and business and commercial disputes. Every case and every party is unique and Alison enjoys figuring out creative solutions to the issues presented in each matter, knowing the value that working with all sides to find common ground brings to a case. Because there are no guarantees in litigation, often the best and most valuable result is achieved by helping the parties to realize peace of mind in knowing that their case has been resolved.
