Ms. Esquire Business Development Network is redefining the landscape for business professionals and entrepreneurs. In 2024 alone, our members closed over $20 million in business, proving the power of strategic connections, collaboration, and community. With a mission to elevate and amplify our members’ businesses, Ms. Esquire provides high-impact networking, targeted business development opportunities, and a supportive environment where success is shared and celebrated. Join Ms. Esquire to continue to build your empire through any of our 8 in-person Chapters throughout Florida or through our quickly-growing and actively engaged virtual community.

Ms. Esquire is a community of ambitious business professionals who are fueled not only by personal success but by a genuine commitment to elevate their peers. Through the sharing of resources, business opportunities, and unwavering support, we create a powerful network dedicated to collective growth and success.

Ms. Esquire started as a networking platform on Facebook in 2015 for like-minded female attorneys focused on support, collaboration and business development. It has since grown “off the page” to include in-person networking Chapters throughout Florida (for now) to include business professionals and like-minded males.

Chapter Sessions

The Ms. Esquire Network is a professional networking group open to like-minded business professionals, not just attorneys. Each Chapter meets monthly for in-person lunch sessions focused on business development and collaboration. The Chapters are category-exclusive, ensuring focused networking and fostering stronger business development opportunities for members. Ms. Esquire Network has intentional programming focused on growth/scaling, self-development and marketing.

We aim for these Chapters to empower professionals to grow their businesses while providing mutual support and relationships. Ms. Esquire Network fosters connections that lead to collaboration, growth, and support. The Chapters create a space where members can share resources, knowledge and experience, helping each other overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Our exclusive networking events are open to members of both the Facebook platform and Ms. Esquire Network Chapters and are designed to offer unique settings for professionals to meet, collaborate, and build meaningful connections.

Giving Back to Our Community

Giving back to the community has always been a core pillar of Ms. Esquire. We proudly partner with organizations like Chapman Partnership, supporting South Florida’s homeless community, and Children’s Harbor, helping foster children age out of the system while keeping siblings together. Additionally, we host an annual community education event focused on mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Our goal is for our network to actively contribute to these missions, creating a lasting and meaningful impact.

Ms. Esquire has been a great group, and special due to being mostly ladies, which brings a different vibe. Some of the activities we do during our monthly meetings bring the members closer to one another which is great. Also, all members are phenomenal and intelligent business owners, people you want to relate to and be around.
