Ketty M Urbay was born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida. Ketty has a double bachelor’s degree in Dance and Psychology from Florida International University. She facilitated movement and creative writing workshops for 15 years with at risk teenage girls through a program created by her Dance Professor Leslie Neal called Art Spring. Her desire to bring the healing and transformative power of music and movement to the world has birthed her dance platform and community, Simply M The Movement. Ketty will not stop until everyone believes with her that we don’t stop dancing because we grow old. We grow old because we stop dancing!

Ms. Esquire has been a great group, and special due to being mostly ladies, which brings a different vibe. Some of the activities we do during our monthly meetings bring the members closer to one another which is great.
