Some of the activities we do during our monthly meetings bring the members closer to one another which is great. Mabel C. Gonzalez is a Legal Technology Consultant at TechCow, where she partners with law firms to optimize operations through legal technology, workflow design, and process improvement. With more than 20 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, Mabel brings firsthand knowledge of the challenges legal professionals face and is passionate about helping firms leverage technology to work more efficiently without losing the human element of their practice.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Mabel built her career supporting attorneys in complex litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, business litigation, and appellate matters. Throughout her career, she developed a reputation for being highly organized, solutions-oriented, and committed to creating systems that improve both client service and team collaboration.
Today, Mabel combines her legal background with her passion for innovation, helping firms implement and maximize legal technology solutions that streamline workflows, improve consistency, and empower legal teams to focus on practicing law. She enjoys collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and firm administrators to create practical, scalable processes tailored to each firm’s unique needs.
Outside of her professional life, Mabel is the founder of Heart of Flowers, a creative business centered on handcrafted gifts and floral designs. She also enjoys ballroom dancing at Fred Astaire Dance Studios, where she continues to challenge herself, embrace creativity, and appreciate the discipline and connection that dance brings.
