Shaun has worked with leaders at all levels; senior military officers, professional sports teams, business owners, and many others. He brings his unique background of military, sports, endurance athletics, and business to provide coaching and lessons that are applicable to anyone. Shaun is a 20 year US Navy combat veteran. He worked as an intelligence professional everywhere from ships at sea, the National Security Agency, combat tours to Iraq and East Africa, and half his career with the Navy SEAL teams. He has worked with countless start ups and small businesses helping them scale. He is the former Director of Coaching for Maryland Rush Youth Soccer where he oversaw the coaching education and programming for over 50 coaches at all age groups. For fun Shaun runs ultra marathons.

Ms. Esquire has been a great group, and special due to being mostly ladies, which brings a different vibe. Some of the activities we do during our monthly meetings bring the members closer to one another which is great.
