My name is Sashane McDonald. I am an immigration attorney. I have been an attorney for over 20 years in the Caribbean and 7 years in the United States. I have two law degrees. I graduated from the University of the West Indies, summa cum laude, with a Bachelors of Law, and the University of Florida with a Juris Doctor. I also have a Master’s Degree from the University of Oxford, England. I have been doing immigration law for quite a number of years and I have clients from all over the world. I am an immigrant myself and I know the processes personally. I speak Spanish and I am also learning French. I love learning new languages. My particular specialty in immigration, even though I do all things immigration, is crimmigration. When people commit crimes and are facing removal (deportation), I help them. I do asylum cases, family petitions, J1 and Fi visas for students and teachers, O visas for entertainers, E2 and Eb5 visas for investors, TN visas for workers, and H1 and H2b visas for workers.
