Since 2007, Ms. Engel has served as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil mediator and has helped hundreds of parties reach an amicable settlement in both federal and state court matters. Ms. Engel’s experience as both a defense attorney at a large firm and a plaintiff’s attorney at a smaller litigation boutique has made her uniquely qualified to assist parties in mediating a variety of civil matters, including: contract disputes, personal injury cases, commercial litigation, employment matters, partnership disputes, insurance litigation, class actions, and construction disputes. Ms. Engel also serves as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association on its Commercial, Consumer and Employment panels.
