Rashida L. Willhoit, Esq. is a seasoned business litigation attorney with a strong background in business transactions and complex financial documentation. A Chicago native, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Eastern Illinois University in 2005 before beginning her career at UBS Banking and Financial Services, where she developed expertise in global operations, system infrastructure, and policy development.
Driven by her passion for law and advocacy, Rashida went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2011, specializing in business and employment law. During her time there, she interned with the National Labor Relations Board and was recognized with The Florida Bar Labor & Employment Law Section Dean W. Gary Vause Award for her outstanding contributions to the field.
With over a decade of experience, she has successfully represented businesses and individuals in state and federal litigation, focusing on business disputes, contract formation, and financial compliance.
Her dedication to excellence and service has earned her several accolades, including the Young Lawyers Division Pro Bono Award and the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award.
