Michelle Chase

Michelle Chase, Esq. is an Associate Attorney and the Head of the Workers’ Compensation Division of RTRLAW. Mrs. Chase has a diversified legal background in Workers’ Compensation, litigating cases from inception through mediations and final hearings throughout the state of Florida. Mrs. Chase understands how frustrating and daunting a work injury can be to her clients and works hard to advocate diligently on their behalf and put them at ease.

Prior to joining RTRLAW, Mrs. Chase began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney, where she prosecuted thousands of cases. During that time, she gained a tremendous amount of trial experience on a multitude of different criminal cases.

Prior to law school, Mrs. Chase worked as an officer on an oil tanker based on the West Coast of the United States and in Asia. She is an active member of the United States Merchant Marine.

Mrs. Chase was born and raised in New York. She obtained her B.S. from SUNY Maritime College. She earned her J.D. from Florida International University, where she was a Dean’s List student and received the Pro Bono Service Award.

Mrs. Chase resides in Fort Lauderdale with her husband, child, dog and cat. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and all things outdoor-related.
