Melissa H. Jeda along with Holly McFall are the founding partners of SecureMark Legal. In 2013, Melissa H. Jeda received her Juris Doctorate degree from Ave Maria School of Law and became a member of the Florida Bar. After a short time as an associate attorney, she became a partner at the law firm of Miller, Hollander & Jeda. In late 2015, focusing on bankruptcy, and federal litigation. She is well rounded and possesses a high degree of knowledge of the Federal Rules and regulations. Her professional interests focus on ensuring her clients receive the personal attention they deserve, believing that each case is Unique. With SecureMark Legal, Melissa has expanded her practice into Intellectual Property areas of trademark and copyright. She practices before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USTPO) and the Libary of Congress on copyright matters. She is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Division of Florida, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
