May Porraspita

Mayleidys Porraspita or “May” as she is commonly known, is the founding attorney and Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator at Porraspita Law Group and Mediation Services. For over 15 years, May has represented clients in the areas of Worker’s Compensation, Personal Injury and Family Law. During her years as a litigator she noticed the need for more qualified, affordable, and bilingual female mediators. May has structured her practice to focus on the amicable and peaceful resolution of family and civil disputes. Her firm focuses solely on uncontested family matters and dispute resolution.

May earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami. Today May is certified as a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Civil Mediator, Florida Supreme Court County Court Mediator and Florida Supreme Court Family Law Mediator. She is also a Collaboratively Trained Family Law Attorney.
