Lourdes Ferrer is the Founding Partner of Ferrer Law Group, PLLC and has been a member of the Florida Bar for over 20 years. Ms. Ferrer focuses her practice on community association law (Condo and HOA Law) with an emphasis in representing individual property owners. While Ms. Ferrer represents associations and individual property owners, she founded the law firm in 2012 finding a need to help homeowners navigate the challenges associated community association living. Ms. Ferrer has experience representing clients in both state and federal courts.
Prior to starting her law firm, Lourdes worked in the insurance defense industry and for a statewide community association law firm, representing hundreds of associations. In her spare time, she works with an animal dog rescue, helping to find homes for abandoned pets.
