Kimberly Worling Kiss is Of Counsel for Walker Flick in Orlando, Florida.

For a decade, Kimberly has practiced law and primarily handles probate & trust litigation, commercial litigation, and estate planning for clients.

As an Orlando native, Kimberly serves as a resource to a large part of the local community. As a New York law graduate, she also collaborates with out-of-state lawyers with Florida related litigation.

Kimberly loves to tackle litigation with financial components and works with CPAs on a number of cases to uncover problematic accounting. She believes in telling clients the truth, the often painful truth, and pushing for a suitable settlement so that clients can back to doing what they love.
