Real estate is my second career. I came to it after my husband and I had done well in our own real estate investments and I wanted to help others do the same.
Sellers benefit from my first career in advertising because I’m trained to find a unique selling point, understand its value, and connect to a buyer most likely to respond to it. This skill benefits buyers, too, as I help them see under-appreciated competitive benefits of one property over another. In negotiations, I use these insights to benefit my clients.
The best transactions are win-wins and I work to help both sides feel like they’ve gotten a great deal. All sales have speed bumps but my job is to make the process as easy, painless, and enjoyable as possible. My ratings are all 5 stars.
As a volunteer Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, I connect business people to prospects and meaningful referral sources. Helping other people achieve their goals and is personally satisfying and meeting interesting people in the process is a delightful bonus.
A third generation Floridian, I grew up in the El Cid neighborhood of West Palm Beach and currently live downtown with my husband, Rob, and dogs Zydeco and Rebel (she named herself). In between, I attended undergrad and grad school in Georgia and have lived in San Francisco (twice), Atlanta, DC, and Alexandria. We work to travel and enjoy water sports, fitness, and the arts.
