Ms. Esquire has been a great group, and special due to being mostly ladies, which brings a different vibe. Some of the activities we do during our monthly meetings bring the members closer to one another which is great. Heather Trick
Heather Trick received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minor in Religion from the University of Florida before attending the University of Georgia School of Law to pursue her dreams of becoming a lawyer.
While in law school, Ms. Trick worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Public Defender’s Office in Athens-Clarke County, GA, and became a certified magistrate court mediator, helping to resolve small claims cases in Georgia.
After receiving her license to practice in 2010, Ms. Trick began her career at the 9th Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s office where she gained extensive litigation experience handling cases ranging from misdemeanors to life felonies. Upon starting her law firm in 2015, Heather expanded into other areas of practice until eventually focusing almost exclusively on personal injury cases.
Heather Trick has served as a member and in various roles of leadership in various organizations, including the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Orange County Bar Association, National Association of Women Business Owners, and Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida. She has also been recognized as a SuperLawyer, Rising Star, Orlando Family Magazine Awesome Attorney, and Best Lawyers, Ones to Watch.
Heather Trick has handled thousands of cases with complex legal issues throughout the Central Florida region, particularly in the areas of car accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, premises liability, school injuries, and food poisoning.
