Ms. Esquire has been a great group, and special due to being mostly ladies, which brings a different vibe. Some of the activities we do during our monthly meetings bring the members closer to one another which is great. Also, all members are phenomenal and intelligent business owners, people you want to relate to and be around.

Haydee Pino
Haydee C. Pino is a graduate of Florida International University in 1981, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology. She received her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University in 1987. Devoted to public service, Ms. Pino became an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami in 1988 where she served as in-house legal advisor for the City of Miami Police Department. After serving in the same capacity for a few years with the City of Hialeah, she returned to the City of Miami in 1993, until 2003 when she became affiliated with the Center for Conflict Resolution. Her diverse experience in the government sector expanded to serving as in-house counsel to the City of Miami Risk Management Division. Her expertise in the government sector, including knowledge of labor relating contractual issues has been instrumental in successfully concluding mediations. Ms. Pino also acquired significant teaching and lecturing experience during her tenure with the various Police Department’s as a guest speaker.
Ms. Pino also is an experienced forfeiture litigator, as well as having experience in the area of real estate law.
Ms. Pino is a member of the American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association and in addition to the Supreme Court of the State of Florida, she is certified to practice law in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. She is also a member of the Worker’s Compensation section of the Florida Bar.
Ms. Pino is also fluent in Spanish.
