Giselle Andres

Giselle was born in New York City, and grew up in Miami. She is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish, and has made a career broadcasting in both languages. She graduated from Bauder College, and has worked exclusively in radio and television. Giselle also studied acting, modeling, etiquette, and speech at John Robert Powers in Fort Lauderdale.

Between 1991-1993, Giselle worked at Metro Traffic Control, as a bilingual airborne traffic reporter for six radio stations in South Florida. At night, she was an on-air host for WPOW / Power 96.

Between 1993-2008, Giselle moved over to Spanish Broadcasting System. During that time, she held full-time shifts on all major dayparts at El Zol 95.7 / WXDJ, and hosted a morning show on Romance 106.7 / WRMA. While broadcasting in Spanish radio, for years, Giselle Andres was also the official TV voice and on camera spokesperson for both WDZL WB 39, and WBFS UPN 33, in English. Soon after, she was an on-camera host for the popular international television
show “Caliente” on the Univision network.

Between 2008- 2010, she was able to expand her radio experience even further by working as an account executive in sales, being the Promotions and Marketing Manager for Radio Disney, and co-hosting mornings on WFLC 97.3 the Coast. Giselle Andres returned to Spanish radio, to launch Univision’s Miami-based WRTO Mix 9-8. She was thrilled to also report traffic on TV for Univision 23 and other stations.

Giselle Andres just completed seven impeccable years of winning at Cox Media Group, at WFEZ, Easy 93.1, where she lead morning drive to the top. The ratings speak for themselves. She exited the time-slot within the top four stations in almost every demographic. At the same time, she had a highly rated Tampa show at WDUV.

Being a bilingual Miami Girl, has its advantages. Giselle doesn’t just understand every corner of her complex city, she lives it from Brickell to Las Olas. She thinks like listeners and clients do, because she is one of them. She attended South Hialeah Elementary, HD Perry Middle, and graduated from Miramar High School, and now lives in Doral.

In 2023, Giselle chose to put her 35 years of networking, public speaking, sales, communication, management, and marketing, into another popular and growing field; financing, branding, and mortgage lending. Giselle Andres now helps service loan programs in all fifty states and travels the country representing the Brandt Lending Team and Northpointe Bank.

Giselle Andres has always had an uncanny ability to connect emotionally with others. She now helps people feel financially secure while attaining the best place possible for them to live and raise their families.

At Northpointe Bank, she is once again doing what she loves most: Accompanying people one-on-one through their life’s journey.
