Erin Pogue Newell

Erin Pogue Newell is an experienced appellate attorney who practices complex civil appellate litigation in Florida’s state and federal courts with an emphasis on family law, commercial litigation, and plaintiff personal injury and malpractice appeals. She has taken appeals and presented oral argument in all of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.

Erin is of counsel for a state-wide appellate firm, Florida Appeals. She is an attorney volunteer on the Covid-19 Pro Bono Legal Response Project and has participated as an attorney volunteer on additional Disaster Legal Services through the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. Erin is also a member of the Appellate Practice Section of the Florida Bar and of the Broward County Bar Association and has been selected to the 2021 Florida Rising Stars list in Appellate practice.
