Prior to establishing Quintana Law, PA, Ms. Quintana obtained extensive experience representing both insurers and insureds in the state of Florida. Ms. Quintana offers unique insight to the benefit of her policyholder clients, as she practiced as an insurance defense attorney for several years with established South Florida defense firms in the areas of first and third-party insurance defense, bad faith liability, negligent security, commercial litigation, and general negligence cases.
