Ms. Hendler represents individual and business debtors in debt work-outs, Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcies. She also represents Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees, creditors, small business owners, and litigants in adversary proceedings. Her practice encompasses small debtor cases to complex bankruptcy litigation, involving many different areas of business.
Ms. Hendler received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. She graduated with honors from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with dual majors in Government & Law and History. Ms. Hendler completed her Masters in Accounting degree (with a forensic concentration) from Florida Atlantic University in May, 2018.
