Ashleigh is a seasoned attorney specializing in helping businesses, from start-ups to large companies, and individuals navigate legal issues and become legally compliant and protected.
After graduating magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, Ashleigh spent her time in Big Law and has built a dynamic career that spans several areas of law.
Ashleigh’s legal journey began in bankruptcy law, where she represented large commercial banking and financial institutions in bankruptcy cases. Her in-depth knowledge of bankruptcy regulations and litigation tactics enabled her to effectively protect her clients’ interests.
Transitioning to employment law, Ashleigh has advised and litigated on behalf of clients in a variety of industries. She has experience in representing employers against claims filed against them in court and before administrative agencies. Ashleigh also partners with her clients to develop strategies to minimize risks of discrimination and retaliation claims, ensuring compliance with ADA, FLSA, and FMLA regulations.
In addition to her employment law practice, Ashleigh has represented Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes business disputes, including commercial contracts, D&O liability, securities, and shareholder disputes. Supported be her litigations experience in bother federal and state courts, Ashleigh offers strategic guidance on various business matters.
