Alicia Morgan
Mrs. Alicia Morgan, the founder of Immigration Lawyers USA LLC, is the great-granddaughter of Irish and German immigrants and a first-generation attorney from a humble, middle-class family in Kentucky. Ms. Morgan obtained her law license in the state of Kentucky, and she currently zealously represents immigrants in all 50 states and around the globe practicing all areas of federal immigration and nationality law. Mrs. Morgan is dedicated to representing the immigrant community nationwide in affirmative family and employment-based petitions before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and before U.S. Consulates worldwide. Further, Ms. Morgan zealously defends her clients at USCIS interviews and in deportation proceedings before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) and all U.S. Immigration Courts. In addition, she defends her clients’ rights in appeals to the EOIR, USCIS, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Immigration Lawyers USA practice is limited to immigration law, the firm’s specialty. A woman with a “Latin heart,” Mrs. Morgan is fluent in Spanish and English and intermediate in Portuguese. Mrs. Morgan is an active member of the South Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), currently serving as a member of the DMV and Wellness committees.
