Aaron S. Bass

Aaron S. Bass, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator, is the managing partner and founder of Accord Mediation, LLC. He has been lead trial counsel in hundreds of bench and jury trials from Key West to Pensacola, and has argued more than 20 appeals across the State of Florida, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in various kinds of civil litigation, including: banking and finance, employment, commercial/business disputes, real estate disputes, building and construction, HOA and condominium associations, products liability, automotive, premises liability, slander/libel, insurance coverage, workers compensation, personal injury, property damage, trucking/transportation, wrongful death. He now puts his 25 years of experience as a civil litigator to use as a mediator, assisting clients and attorneys resolve legal controversies peacefully and avoid the stress and expense of protracted litigation.

Aaron received his Juris Doctor at Nova Southern University College of Law and his Bachelors of Science in Journalism, with honors, from the University of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association and South County Bar Association. He sits on the Executive Board of the Craig S. Barnard Inns of Court and volunteers as instructor for the Boca Raton Museum of Art School.
